Commander's Welcome
Welcome to the Air Victory Museum Composite Squadron website.
The Air Victory Museum Composite Squadron is part of an organization known as Civil Air Patrol (CAP). CAP is the official auxiliary of the United States Air Force.
New Jersey Wing has over 1300 members statewide, consisting of cadet members who are between twelve and twenty one years old, and senior members who must be over eighteen years old. Our members come from all walks of life, but most have an interest in aviation, the space program, Search and Rescue and/or enjoy helping today´s young people grow into the leaders of America.
The Cadet program provides America´s youth with exciting and challenging opportunities. Cadets experience the wonder of aviation and space. They are afforded the chance to develop leadership, integrity and self-discipline through programs at both the local and national level.
The Senior program gives adult volunteers with a love of aviation and community involvement an occasion to serve with involvement in our three missions of Aerospace Education, Cadet Programs and Operations. Operations use the largest fleet of Cessna aircraft and involve Search and Rescue, Homeland Security, Communications, and Counter-Drug missions. CAP membership offers you recognition in your community, as a civic minded volunteer. CAP also offers career enhancement and personal development through leadership and technical training courses.
Civil Air Patrol is a program of excellence. We strive to develop tomorrow´s leaders today through education, mentoring and holding our members to the highest standards. Join us today!
